The sewer plant is located at 420 Pottertown Road in Midway. If you have any problems with your sewer pump, please call town hall at 423-422-4051 during business hours or 423-636-6996 for the answering service after business hours. If you have questions regarding what should be flushed please refer to the town's sewer customer information guide. The sewer plant operations are contracted through Veolia Water.
The town has both gravity lines and pressure lines within its system. If you have a pump on your property it could look differently depending on the type of pump you currently have.
